Three clients, and one of them is Waxholmsbolaget
Ressel names its commissioning parties directly: Stockholms Stad, Waxholmsbolaget and Färjestadens Företagsgrupp, alongside a number of cooperation agreements with other operators in Stockholm and the Kalmarsund. That single line resolves something confusing about Stockholm's ferries — several services that appear under different names in timetables are worked by the same company.

Sjöstadstrafiken is free, and runs every 20 minutes
The Barnängsbryggan–Lumabryggan–Henriksdalsbryggan service is avgiftsfri — free of charge. It takes five minutes between each quay, and departures run at 00, 20 and 40 past the hour for most of the day.
Two details reward a closer look at the timetable. Outside the summer season the weekday service doubles to every ten minutes during the commuter peaks — roughly 07:00–09:00 and 16:00–18:00 — which the flat summer timetable does not do. And public holidays are operated to the weekend timetable, not the weekday one.
The freight fleet is the unusual part
Ressel carries goods across the whole Stockholm archipelago from Stavsnäs Vinterhamn, and its vessels are fitted for it: m/s QUEEN, m/s OLLIVER, m/s GRIM and m/s SJÖFRAKT carry a crane, a forklift and cold storage between them. That combination lets the same operation move dangerous goods, chilled food, heavy machinery such as excavators and wheel loaders, and vehicles.
Capacity varies in ways worth knowing if you are moving a work crew rather than a pallet. m/s VIDSKÄR handles larger transport in the southern archipelago and takes up to 98 passengers; m/s GRIM, m/s SJÖFRAKT and m/s QUEEN each take up to 12, which suits tradespeople travelling with their tools. m/s SJÖFRAKT reaches shallow water and carries 4 tonnes.

Beyond the free Sjöstad shuttle, Ressel runs the EMELIE service — Hammarby Sjöstad to Masthamnen, Djurgården and Nybroplan, which it describes as the fastest way to Djurgården — plus seasonal traffic across the Kalmarsund between Kalmar and Färjestaden, where bicycles are explicitly welcome, and connections at Västervik to Hasselö and Idö.
